T-town brings its hitting shoes

19. května 2011 v 4:14

A rough end to National Trail Conference Tournament action pushed Teutopolis softball coach Rich Niebrugge to lay it all on the line to his team Monday night following a one-run win against St.Since there are many kinds of womens supra shoes in the market, you are highly recommended to learn about the difference of the replica one and the authentic piece if you are going to buy one of high quality Elmo in the NTC third-place game. Each air max 2010 is an upgrade on the other, but the main thing that women will be getting a comfortable and high performance ride

Niebrugge pulled no punches when it came to outlining what areas his team needed improvement, and that straightforward approach must have worked. The Lady Shoes put together a complete game on the road against Effingham on Tuesday and shut out the Hearts 12-0 in five innings.

"Talk about Jekyl and Hyde," Niebrugge said. "We have had nights where we looked great this year and nights where we haven't looked so great.A noble woman can have nothing but prada men sneakers which can make them look more elegant and attractive. We had a long talk after our game (Monday) night about some of the things that we weren't doing right and some of the things that we really needed to improve upon.

"It was not a pleasant talk. We weren't exactly holding hands. We took an honest look at what we needed to do better. I don't know what I'm attributing it to. All I know is our girls came out and played well (against the Hearts). We played routine defense tonight, we hit the ball and (starting pitcher Lara Zerrusen) was absolutely fantastic."

The Shoes (20-10) scored one run in the first and three more in the third, with third baseman Rose Niemerg knocking a run-scoring hit in each rally. Even down four runs, Effingham coach Jerry Trigg had confidence his team could stage a comeback. The Hearts (17-8), after all, had scored 16 total runs in their doubleheader split against Charleston on Monday.

T-Town had other plans. The Shoes sent eight batters to the plate and scored four more runs off Effingham starter Shelby Koenig and then batted around and plated five in the top of the fifth off reliever Kourtney Utz to wrap up their short-game victory.
