The neatest part of Elite Feet is tucked in the rear of this small running store that opened this month in downtown Brighton.
Owner Ken Larscheid has a treadmill equipped with two high-speed video cameras with a large, flat-screen monitor on the wall. If you ever wanted to know what you look like when you run and how your feet hit the ground, Larscheid can show you.
Before people try on shoes, he encourages them to step on the treadmill and run.

He uses the videotape to educate people on how they can improve posture, lean, how their foot hits the ground and cadence. He also offers a free class on how to run properly.
